Return/refund Policy

If you want to return products, there are a number of conditions. These conditions are mentioned in our General Terms and Conditions, but below is an overview of what it boils down to.

Reflection period

You may return the order or part of it up to 14 days after delivery of your order. You must first send us by email the request. After checking the request you will receive a confirmation with all information for returns.

Exceptions to returns

- Products that have been custom-made or ordered especially for you cannot be returned.
- In addition, we only accept returns if they are still in new condition without signs of use.
- Is it a business order? These are excluded from the consumer right of returning

Refund

As soon as we have received the products back, we will check them and send a confirmation of receipt. The credit amount will be refunded to the account used to pay for the order within a few working days.

Costs

The costs of returning are always at your own expense.
